Dear Congress Participants,

It is my pleasure to extend my warm greetings on the occasion of the 3rd German Israel Congress in Berlin.

Relations between Israel and Germany rest on steadfast foundations of friendship, cooperation and shared values. I am confident that this Congress will provide a constructive framework to advance the many fields in which our two countries have been working together, in the interest of strengthening the bonds between Israel and Germany, and for the benefit of both countries and peoples.
